Please include the page address and what happened when you clicked the link, for example a redirect loop, blank page, missing calculator or button that did nothing. Mention whether you were using a phone, tablet or desktop if the problem appears device-specific.
If there is a calculation you repeatedly do by hand or in a spreadsheet, tell us what inputs you would expect to enter and what answer would be useful. Practical ideas with a clear real-world use are the most helpful suggestions.
MyCalcTools provides general-purpose calculators and planning estimates. We can explain how a tool works or investigate an apparent calculation bug, but we cannot provide personalised legal, medical, tax, financial or other professional advice.
Do not email passwords, full identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information. For a bug report, example values are usually enough to reproduce the problem. If the issue involves a health, financial or personal calculator, you can substitute sample numbers rather than sending private details.
Messages are reviewed for site problems, accuracy issues and useful feature requests. A clear description helps us reproduce the issue and decide whether a calculator, explanation, route or display needs to be corrected.
